I went through the site and all they sent me was an empty envelope with a letter inside saying that the replacement power adapter is enclosed (which it wasn't). Do they send 2 packages (one with the replacement adapter, and an empty one to send your old adapter back?)

I don't want to get charged for this bullshit, and I can't figure out who to contact for this issue.

Fack, the letter said the courrier is DHL, but they sent me an empty envelope via Fedex. I'm so confused :wtc:

In Canada, they actually threaten you via letter that they will charge your Credit Card if you don't send it back. :noes:

if they try and charge me, I'm saying I put it in a dropoff box, despite the fact the instructions said I'm responsible if I do that. :mamoru:

Problem is, I can't figure out which number to call them at. I believe tech support is only free for the first 90 days or some BS :ugh:

They say that call in tech support is only 90 days but they will still take your call.
