Occasionally when I do certain lifts or the rapid tri-set part of my workout, almost immediately afterwards (sometimes during) I get pulsing migraines in the back of my head. I sit for a little and they go away, so it's not constant.

-I drink a shit load of water/propel during the day and while working out
-I stretch before and after my workouts like its religious
-My diet is balanced and I take mutli-vitamins daily
-The only supplements I take are: whey, creatine, multi, fish oil, lysine, green tea

wtf could be the cause of this? does this happen to anyone else ever? :dunno:

if it's high it could be the source of the headaches

    .

This usually happens when I'm tired and first get into the gym. After my first couple of sets it usually fades away.

I get them alot during cardio. It's probably stimulant related in my case (or lack of)

I always get them doing GHR. Every other exercise I don't get it, weird. I figured it's just the motion of the exercise causing that.

I am the opposite, working out takes away my headaches. I usually get a headache just about every day too. My blood pressure always checks out fine too...
