I have nothing really computer related, but i bought these great tiny LED torches for me, my bro and sis.

They are brighter than maglite solitaire's (i compared), and they are water proof, crushproof, lots of battery life etc, absolutely tiny.

They helped me change a wheel just last week :bigthumb:

But my major tech gadgets are the athlon 64, mobo, and geforcefx that I forewent most of my presents for, so I can use my christmas money when they do come out.

Bought my new discman today... Sony D-EJ1000. Not much bigger than a CD, and very very cool. Well worth $320 Canadian including tax (nice salesman at Sony Store threw in extra two year warrantee for free :big grin:).

Eeeek.. that's expensive for a CD player. I was too eager to get my MD player so I shopped at the SONY store. Little did I know a few streets from the mall some punjabi electronics store had it for alot less, which is where I went and bought my headphones MDR700DJ and saved probably 60 bucks.

SONY is nice, but I'd only go there to look and sample.

Yea, expensive, but actually cheaper than my first one was four or five years ago (then I think I paid $365 for my Panasonic one). I netted some decent cash for Christmas, and am anticipating money for my birthday in two months as well, so I figure it's my Christmas/birthday present. I didn't find a cheaper price elsewhere, and I feel sort of safe buying at the Sony Store, plus they gave me the $60 extended warrantee for free.

Can I come over and watch your 15 foot plasma screen?:fawk:

BTW, they don't make a 15" plasma so I am going to guess that you mean LCD.

I want an iPod, but they're so fucking expensive... $650 for a 10gig, I just can't justify spending that much money on that.

If you check out fatwallet.com They have deals going on about the Ipod all the time.. It seems that the Apple store gets in Refurbished 10gb a lot and they are usually about $220(US) for them..
