WEB anyone ever use 1and1's website builder?

    if yes, I am having a problem in the area that they need a logo. If I choose no logo, there will be a white bar on the top and i don't want it there.

    is there anyways to completely remove this, I am using the webbuilder because I wanted it to be simple, but it seem's like I can't use HTML anywhere to fix this.

    anyone ever had a similar problem with a website builder?

    nope, never had, used them as a host once and i will never use them again

    don't use a website builder.

    Learn html. It's very simple

    their service is HORRIBLE. You'll wait DAYS for a response from some indian who can't even write english. So before you resolve your problem a week would go by

    I fully agree, get a new host before they screw you over like everyone else

    I have had 1and1.com as a hosting company for 4 going on 5 years. Never had a problem with service or uptime. BTW, they ahve online support chat.
