anyone ever try high protein muffins?

    I found some in my home town

    Each protein muffin bar averages over 26 grams of protein and only 4 grams of carbohydrates and 4 grams of fat.

    Looks like an amazing snack if it tastes good.

    lots of things denature the protein, doesn't mean it isn't still usable.

    Making egg whites white = denaturing a normally clear protein. If you plan on using it in your body exactly how a chicken fetus would, then you're fucked. Otherwise, its still protein.

    Red meat > Cooked meat though. Protein in the leftover hemoglobin molecules!!

    the majority of the 4g of carbs would come from the fact that they use sucralose and not sugar... a regular muffin has about 27g of carbs, 14 of which come from sugar
