I've been using Mitchum for the last 3 monthes or so and last week this rash sprang up on my underarms.

It hurts and itches like hell and all I could think to do was put some goldbond powder on it since I can't use deodarant until its gone.

My Dad told me to try putting some Lamisil (sp?) on it for the last couple days and it hasn't gotten any better :wtc:

If it doesn't start to clear up in the next day or so I think I'm going to a doctor :hs:

Why would you use Mitchum anyway ? To answer ur question, no i've never gotten a deodarant rash, sry bro ur on ur own with this one. This is the only shit i can think of that MIGHT help and it's gonna feel really fuckin weird but try some of that calomine lotion or some aveeno(the one with oatmeal in it). As with any rash don't fuckin scratch it that makes it about 10 times worse specially if u break the skin open.

When I decided to try out the Old Spice Arctic whatever I started to get a rash, and whenever I would put the deoderant on it would burn. It did this for a few days then went a way for like a couple weeks then it would come back and leave again.

The only thing I've done differently in the last 3 weeks is work out daily, eat healthy foods (lots of produce, chicken, tuna, whole wheat breads and pasta) and pretty much stopped drinking :dunno:

I dunno wtf the problem is but this isn't one of those 2-3 day rashes.

Are you being really careful not to irritate it, i.e. making sure your underarm isn't rubbing against each other much?

The only thing I can do is put some gold bond powder on there to absorb moisture.

I HAVE been lifting a lot with sleeveless shirts, maybe thats making it worse? :eek3:

I just switched to Mitchum and my armpits got really sensitive. I think it's just because it's so strong. It works way better than the other stuff I used to use.

don't use deodorant or anti-perspirant...use baking soda
    it's natural and works best

as a matter of fact, i think arm-n-hammer makes something for the underarms.

antiperspirant clogs your poors which doesn't let sweat out
and deodorant 'covers' the smell of sweat, but in the process, whatever the smell is that's being emitted, can irritates skin

    so stick with baking soda
