Anyone ever fuck with MAX OT

    has anyone ever fucked with this MAX OT program? I've heard a lot of good things about it but never a testimonial from a person who wasn't paid by AST (the company that formulted this prog)

    I'm thinking of incorporating MAX OT into my training sessions but would like to have some input (no homo) from some of you guys that have done it before.

    It's a good simple program... I gained 15-20lbs and quite a lot of strength.

    I did it for awhile, I saw a lot of strength results, not a lot of size

    size gains are gonna be from your diet.

    I've been doing it for a whiile and i've been getting stronger and i've gained about 6 lbs. I've been adding a few more reps and maybe an extra exercise. Check out my training log if you want to see what i'm doing.

    i gained about 15 lbs after 5-6 months of MAX OT. strength went way up all across the board.

    ive moved away from an all MAX OT system and incorporating alternating days of low weight high volume exercises.

    i've been doing Max OT for the past 7 weeks and although i did gain some size (8lbs), i didn't gain alot of strength

    I did Max OT for a while as well, for the first two cycles (of 8 weeks each) I did it I saw a lot of strength and satisfying increases in size...by the time I hit the third cycle I wasn't making gains anywhere near what I was for the first two. I think its a great program and always recommend it to guys looking to switch up their routine or dont really know what to do with themselves in the gym. Preemo recommended it to me...that guy has seen some incredible strength from it, but in early cycles again...after a while its effectiveness wears off due to adaptation.
