I was doing forearm raises last week and the next day my right wrist was just killing me. Today I couldn't even curl because it felt like a knife was going through my wrist. I was looking at this diagram online and this basically shows it:

I'm hoping I don't have a stress fracture because I can still do normal things without it killing me but I just can't lift heavy. :wtc:

take it easy for a week or so and do other exercises which dont put alot of pressure on your wrists (pulls instead of presses).my wrists generally hurt after DB shoulder presses, bench presses and a few others.

Never could understand why people work their forearms in the gym, if your lifting hard and heavy with other movements they'll grow. Waste of time.

My wrists hurt now and again from years of competitive bench pressing. I don't lift real heavy or max out too much anymore and when doing wrist involving lifts like benching, curls, etc.. I make sure to keep my wrist stablized. It has helped a lot, but every once in a while I will still get pain that lasts a few days.
