I was reading a training book and it cautioned about not doing the over under grip on deads due to the fact that the under grip arms bicep has a tendency to be injured. I've never had an issue **knock on wood** but was wondering if anyone has. On a side note I think this is why my right bicep is bigger than the left one. I use the under grip with my right arm. I kinda want to switch it up but it feels too weird.
