    I did this summer, and i seriously think i lost fat and gained muscle at the same time.

    If you did follow it, what were your results? For some reason i believe Chris3g did this?

    Lifts went from (from May to August)

    Bench 170-->215 X 5
    Squat 170-->225 X 5
    Deadlift 255-->315 X 5

    Yet my weight stayed at approximately 160 the entire summer, i look leaner then I did at the beginning of the summer, and I look bigger, :dunno:

    Pretty good gains man. Squat could use some work, but other than that it's great.

    Troof. If you gain some muscle, the percentage shifts.

    It sounds like a good plan and berardi know's his shit.
    It just seems a little extreme seperating protein and fat meals and protein and carbs meals.
    He sais that tthis will help, but I personally am not deicated to seperate every meal into either carbs and protein or fat and protein.

    It sounds more like a cutting plan than a bulking plan, and the guy sure likes to advertise his Surge pwo drink :ugh:

    Yeah, that's T-Mag writers for you.

    Unless he's updated it, last I heard a lot of people found his calorie estimates to be FAR greater than they needed and they gained too much fat on it.
