Isn't that the anti-ketogenic diet that claims you gain fat by eating 5-6 times a day? If so I've heard of it in the past but never seen anyone actually do it.

Yes, but it still calls for you to eat 5-6 times per day!! But, it wants you to intake the bulk of your protein and carbs at pre, during and post workout times. It highly recommends gatoraid and whey for those three feedings and the rest of the time is low glycemic carbs, healthy fats and protein.

That's awsome!! I've been seeing great results with the NHE and was scared of adding in the gatoraid. I guess I can try it for a week or two and if I get fatter or don't progress then I can always restart the NHE.

I'm doing a spinoff of the anabolic diet, or the metabolic diet - similar to Tate. I'm on day 3 and my head hurts :(

The NHE is similar to the Metabolic diet. You'll feel better around day 5 or 6.

thats what I keep hearing. I've already lossed 4 or 5 pounds of bloat weight, and my energy isn't really down as much as i thought it would be.

my carb intake has been REALLY good... i've been under 25g of carbs per day :o

Well, the Metabolic diet has a 14 day initialization period and you carb up for one whole day per week.

Yep. Its really testing my determination at the moment, but I'm done wanting to be 17% bodyfat while getting bigger. I want to look strong too. Not to mention the girlies aspect of it all. Soooo, I'm gettin my ass into gear at getting lean.

The "Getting Started" thing for me has me eating ~18x calories to bodyweight, and going minimal carbs during the week and loading on the weekends until I notice a softening of the skin. But the diet also tells me I can't drink whiskey or smoke weed, so we're still getting used to each other

I killed 14lbs of water weight in a week just by cutting calories and upping the cardio, now the slow weight loss part has started.

I'm not following any one diet, just not eating as much, keeping protein intake up, concentrating carbs around pre/post workout, and adding 30-45 minutes of cardio in 5-6x a week.

I guess its kinda like a TKD or anabolic diet but I havn't read enough about those to know.

Yeah I wish it would just go faster, I'm really impatient about this kind of shit. I wouldn't mind some clen/t3 right now but I really don't want to deal with the sides/risks at this time.
