Tried it the other day, my triceps are sore as fuck.
no b/c they're stupid.
arent there many better exercises that could benefit you the same with less workout and less energy to use?
It's a good way to hit the triceps, although you don't see too many people doing it anymore.
I personally don't like it because it feels awkward as hell when I start going heavy and fucks with my wrists.
I'm far to goofy, I'd probably drop the barbell on my nose
There was powerlifting on ESPN one day awhile back, and someone actually used that grip in competition.
How would you know, you weigh like 150lbs...

Used to all the time back in highschool. Weight training coach was pretty big on them.
