anyone else workout hamstrings seperately from quads?

    can't really hit them both equally in the same day....

    I do hammy's now with chest...

    I used to do hammys with shoulders, but just moved it back to leg day

    I do hams on back day. I do quads and calves on another day.

    I usually do: squats, unilateral leg press, SLDLs, lunges, and seated or lying down leg curls. So yeah, SLDLs and leg curls would count.

    I do my hams and lowerback on one day. Pullthroughs, rack pulls, GM's...

    I do quads every day so I'd have to give ya a big resounding no.

    Back when I did separate body parts/day though, I found doing hams separately gave me better results

    I hit quads/calves on one day and hams/shoulders on another, much better I think because by the time I'm done w/ all the quad work Im so tired I wouldn't get a good workout on my hamstrings.
