I hate them, they have a sandy texture. Stalone protein pudding tastes much better, but it has some soy in it.

uh shakes are a bit easier and cheaper than muscle milk puddings.
cheap whey ftw if you gonna pay a bunch of money just spend it on real protein and eat some damn meat

    .

    1. Buy shaker cup
    2. Put ziploc bag of protein powder in shaker cup.
    3. Fill cup with water at work and mix up powder.

Im normally drinking 2 protein shakes a day ...ON DOUBLE CHOCOLATE..:yumm:

But Im a big guy trying to get small again...gained 50lbs the last year and a half since my son was born :(

Im using fitday to track basic nutrition and using a journal to help myself but I am coming in at about 180 grams of protein a day which is just about 60-70% of the minimums based on FDA recommend .8. I started at 250 and I am down to 235 right now but that still means I should be getting 250-300+ grams

How the hell do I manage that.... The other day I was determined to get to my goal on intake so I added a scoop of protein to my Dannon Light and Fit yogurt........ Was actually pretty dam good.

    You kid :mamoru:

No actually I eat a turkey sandwhich everyday for lunch....and I eat either chicken, ground turkey, or lean steak every evening for dinner....??

I mean I guess I could eat more but my calorie deficit is around 500-700 everyday and more meat would shrink that a bunch ?

Substitute the protein for carbs or fats in your diet, its really not that complicated. A turkey sandwich isn't exactly a shitload of protein.

I guess maybe need to eat eggs for breakfast???

When Im in a hurry in the morning and eat cereal I eat High Protein TOTAL which isnt really high in protein but it helps and normally fills me up when I cut some berries , apple, or banana into it.......

I'm afraid to eat eggs in the morning and get the farts since I see about 6 clients a day......

I tried the muscle milk protein shake form the local Circle K last week when I ran out of protein, it was expensive as fuck and tasted even worse. I can't imagine their pudding.

i eat chicken breast (or smaller pieces from a chicken breast) thru the day, i'm 270 pounds and get 200g+ of protein a day with 2 whey shakes 1 pre 1 post workout and by eating thru the day, i wouldn't spend $ on protein puddings and shit when chicken is so damn tasty.

i know that depending on people's budget eating butt loads of meat isn't possible but if that's the case it would be whey shakes all the way not gimicky puddings and shit

If you can't afford a lot of meat buy canned tuna.

A shake in milk in the morning, which is easy to do, is about 270 calories, so eat a little less cereal in the morning + shake would equal around another 40 grams of protein in the day. With the same caloric value from the decrease in cereal.

If you are cutting, you are going to get hungry, get used to it.

Well I think if I cut back the milk in the cereal I could pull off the shake for breakfast with the cereal. Should I be drinking a shake with lots of casein in the morning?

Doesn't have to be casein, regular old whey protein would work, you are getting probably 15 - 20 g of casein from the milk
