While they work in different ways, glycerol gives me a much more noticeable 'pump' and vascularity than NO2 products.

Don't get me started on NO2 stuff, but the science behind glycerol makes sense. Have you noticed any increased endurance or just the pump? What kind of dosage are you using?

glycerol is cheap and produces relatively good pump and vascularity as well as reduction in sub-q water.

many low carb products, especially bars, have a significant amount

It's the pump that I've really been noticing.
I want to experiment with a carb depletion / loading protocol that Pur has planned for me and see if the effects are even more pronounced with the addition of glycerol.

Nice  I've been checking out carb depletion, glycogen stores and so on for some time now, it's pretty interesting. I made a couple of posts elsewhere, I might try to make a glycogen manipulation post here if some are interested.

glycergrow is supposed to help shuttle nutrients/water in the muscles, right?

thus, it increases absorption for other supps (like creatine for example)?

I don't know if that would be enough. Or the same thing.

I've tried a liquid glycerine product in the past but not as a pre workout supplement.
Only products I know of are glycergrow which is what I've tried.
And NXlabs have come out with Plasmavol. Which has piqued my curiosity.
    Anyone going to try Plasmavol?

IIRC it was actually Sgt. Ownage's reccomendation that brought glycergrow to my attention. Before he went insane and all that. ;)

It's supposed to...to my understanding. But I've been taking it only for a few weeks so can't really say one way or the other on that aspect.
