i was supposed to be done cutting by now but i never really started
i really enjoyed the flavor of my steak and the richness of my potatoes. So i'm just goig to cut in 5 years.
that's why i never bulk to begin with. Bulking is an excuse to eat like a pig.

maybe it's b/c you dont know how to bulk so you blame it on the food.
This going to be the longest that I'm going to try to gain weight for. Ever.
While not 'bulking' per se, I'm aiming to get to 190-195lbs by August and then cutting to 180lbs.
you need to stop messing around and aim for 190-195 at your alien like bf%

190 would probably be the heaviest I'd ever want to be... cut.
Only because Zane competed at 180-185lbs at 5'9. Just an inch shorter than me. I do realize different frames but that was always my motivation.
I'm hoping though to put most of the size mostly on lower body, lat width and delts.
I dont know a really good diet to "cut" on, how much I need to cut, for me...I want to, but I damned don't know how... sick of my back and butt.
I'm gonna start really soon, I'm two weeks late on my start
I'm almost done.. going to attempt to maintain 9%-10% for a few months (beach time ) and then start bulking. Looking forward to it.
Yeah I'm gonna start cutting any day now.
