    doing fucking negative curls?

    taking a fucking dumbell 5-10% more than your max db curl and then using one hand to help them up, then slowly letting them down with no support?

    these things are murdering my biceps and they are supposed to add to crown on your biceps.

    ya, sometimes for a bicep exercise i'll do arnold curls: 8-10 good reps then 8 negative reps right after, then switch to other arm

    despite this thread being all pozzed up. I wasn't aware that negative training like that was good for strength, but more for increasing TUT in the eccentric phase for growth?

    I prefer negative rope curls for biceps but you need a 2nd person for it to be really effective.

    Just get on the sitting preacher, and grab the rope. Have the second person pull down on the rope while you try your hardest to pull it up. Make it take 10-15 seconds to get from the top to the bottom.

    Take it back up to the top and go again. By the 4th rep or so, your so weak that you probably couldn't even curl a quarter of your normal weight.
