God my skin fucking sucks, acne, and a shit load of other stuff
no, but now that im gorwing by hair and beard out, im starting to get a few zits.
Yea acne sucks assne is every worse
I have mild acne, BP5% keeps it at bay for the most part. My bigger concern is my knuckles get dry and cracked in cold weather
hmm, well i have been getting a few zits...i never would have thought it would be from bulking though
otherwise, my skin seems normal. mild psoriasis but i have always had that around the joint areas but i have creams for those
Mine is uber bad
Does some aspect of the weightlifting lifestyle contribute to our acne?
increased testosterone, and the sweating and such
i've never had acne... just get a zit here or there occasionally. but my skin is sooooooo soft. most girls dont even have skin as soft as mine and i never use lotion on anything but my hands. i love the looks on their face when i'm like "i bet i have softer skin" and they go "" and i have them feel then they're like ""
I do have a big bright red scar from chicken pox on my ass though, looks like a zit
I have nice skin
my face and hands are horrible....and my legs/arms/face are always dry as hell
face used to be horrible.
Duac Acne Gel ftw
when I wash my face regularly with a salycylic acid wash, no, I have fine skin
i use BP5% wash/doxycyclene(sp)/some moisturizer/and tretinoin cream.
it still sucks but is getting better.
What is BP5%?
Would tanning also maybe help skin?
I think it might hide my former fatass strech marks
this is what I use
and this step-by-step works:
the thing to remember is, after a wash, never put anything on your face until your pores close (at least 5 minutes)
If I wait around 30 seconds after taking a shower, my face will be a huge dry crackly mess..I think I have some kind of skin disease, I have to put lotion on it immediatly after drying it or it'll just crack up and be tons of flakes of skin.
I have no acne though.
I know the feeling, but you need to.
acne.org says shave with the grain... yeah.. I will do that if I don't want a smooth face.. otherwise, against the grain for me.
I have had bad skin all my life. Its not excessively bad, but I always have some sort of blemish on my face. Some weeks its better than others.. but it seems that it will never go away. I have had perscriptions, but nothing quite as harsh as accutane.
If you have to shave against the grain, then your blade is dull.
