I have been working out regularly for nearly 9 months now, but it seems recently that I have been exhausted after I workout to the point where I sleep for about 3 hours. I just took a week off because of some other reasons but I just can't figure out what is causing me to be so tired? I'm on basically the same routine and it has defintely built mass for me, I am taking in enough calories and protein so what could it be?
