constantly commenting on what you eat? I can't go one meal, three of which I have during work, without someone making some idiotic comment about what I eat and god forbid I have a cheat meal and buy a slice of pizza. OMG you're going to eat that? Hey, fat lazy bitch come here and check this out. He's not eating chicken today!
Fat Lazy bith- "OMG, are you not working out anymore?"

 I feel you, I only go into the office 1-2 times a month and even I get this. I'm sitting there eating Almonds and 22yr old skinny chick yells across the cubes "don't almonds have TONS of fat, aren't you going to get fat off those?" Then everyone wants to do lunch at some pasta place and when I tell them I'm not down they think I'm trying to act better than they are.

My boss told me that my back problems were caused by too much protein.

This guy's father was a doctor and it was only the tremendous respect I have for him that kept me from unloading.

so during my first meal today, tuna and mixed nuts, someone said to me "your food smells like cat food" as they shoveled syrup covered pancakes/eggs/and bacon into their fat mouth. "How can you eat that?"

I get this all the time.

Them: That's a lot of food to eat to be on a diet.

Me: It's really not that much. What have you had today?

Them: I went to (insert fast food place) for breakfast and went to (insert more fast food or other random junk) for lunch. Grabbed some chips and/or candy bar for a snack.

Me: Oh, well your 2 meals and snack equal about 3-4 of my meals.

Them: walk off not saying anything

I get that if i have time to cook something the night before. If not, it's plain chicken breat with plain greens with plain brown rice/cous-cous. That's when I get "How can you eat that?" To be fair to the guys in work, they're quite supportive, they'll usually follow it up with something like "I don't know how you do it, takes real discipline, respect."

Get this a lot from coworkers and roommates.

People comment on my protein containers too, like OMFG THAT'S A LOT OF PROTEIN!!! when they see my 2.5 lb tub of muscle milk. Good thing my 10 lb bag of whey protein is tucked, otherwise people would shit bricks right in front of my desk.

Actually, my 'co-workers' all shake their head when I'm eating McD sausage egg Mcgriddle. These are all a bunch of independent trainers at the semi private facility we train our clients at.
