    My gains are great, yes, I feel like I'm slacking off not being in the gym 4+ days a week.

    when i first started it i did. now i think its cool i cam make gains only going to the gym 3 days a week.

    im on it now and feel like shit for not going to the gym more than 3 times a week.

    on the other hand, by numbers did jump 30 pounds in the last 6 weeks, so who am i to complain?

    My av is so small you can't see it!
    When I did this, my legs were much bigger than they are now
    Other than that, pur's routine modified to my preferences set me in much better visual shape
