Just started today after I switched up from a different program.

    Going great so far. :bigthumb:

I guess this also goes by Mark Rippetoe's 5x5 program as well.

    Wow dude, badass worksheet. :bigthumb:

Mind if I use it? :)

Also, why do you have 6 sets on Friday instead of 5?

I don't care if you use it, just have to give me +27 rep points

As for the sets, I'm just following the sheet I had. It's one of the popular modified 5x5s, the 6th is basically a drop set. I might also add a couple of accessory lifts, haven't really thought about what exactly though.

Same here, though I've added a few things like pull up and dips here and there.

Working great so far, numbers keep going up.:bigthumb:

I do 5x5 on bench and deads, definitely notice quicker strength increase on high weight/low reps.

That's what I wanted a spreadsheet that round stuff to nearest 5.

I think you can goto www.aww-kittah-aww.com and host it or imageshack :dunno:.

I'd appreciate it if you could upload it.

    user error.

Just enter the 5-rep maxes for the exercises in the yellow cells, that's it. Everything fills in.

Yeah, I'm entering the max lifts in the yellow cells as well and it's giving me #### in each cell.

weird... try resizing the cells or changing the format to make sure they don't try to display decimals. For some reason it's probably trying to show decimals so the numbers don't fit in the cells. Might have happened because you have a different version of excel.

I'm on it too. I like it. I switch around the order of things sometimes though. For example my squats were going up a lot, but my bench and deadlift weren't going much of anywhere. So for awhile I'd start with those, then do my other exercises instead of always start with squats.
