I like the dark chocolate almond zone bars. Unlike other protein bars, doesn't upset my stomach too much either.

Are they pretty healthy in your opinion or is there a better bar out there?
better bars out there.. zone is probably good for prework out energy thing but the macros are crappy for pwo
id look for something that doesnt have crappy palm oil, or high frutcose corn syrup (unless it comes with dietary fiber).

Make your own..... seriously. Will be cheapper at the end... natural peanut or almond butter or honey or egg whites or melted baking chocolate to make some whey stick together... throw some oats or bran cereal in...freeze and... ftw
since zone bars are fairly high in carbs and has a good amt of protein, would they make a good postworkout meal?
6g fat (mainly saturated crap fat) 14g pro 20g carb ...... there are much much better pwo meals. shit with these macros might as well eat a bar of low quality chocolate.. The only bars that look ok are prob supreme bars
whats the best/quickest pwo meal? sorry so many stupid questions. Just trying to further my knowledge beyond just lifting weights. ( pre/post wo knowledge) thanks.
