Do they filter the lactose out or simply add a lactase enzyme to it?
I just noticed ever ince I started mixing lactose free milk with whey instead of water, I can actually stomach the whey much better.

As far as I know, they simply add Lactase, since lactose intolerent people cannot make the enzyme correctly.

Im not entirely sure they can even make lactose free milk.

I'm Lactose Intolerant and drink Lactaid 2% Milk with ON 100% Whey and have no problems. Both have added lactase enzyme to aid in digestion. The ON Double Rich Chocolate is actually quite good in milk too.
