I've been reading about full body routines and split routines (upper one day, lower the next, repeat).. Anyone do either of these? Opinions on them? Currently I'm doing: Monday: Abs/Cardio Tuesday: Back/Bi & Cardio Wednesday: Legs & Cardio Thursday: Chest/Tri & Cardio Friday, Saturday: Cardio Only Sunday: Delts & Cardio. I need to switch it up.
