Anyone doing full body routines or splits?

    I've been reading about full body routines and split routines (upper one day, lower the next, repeat)..

    Anyone do either of these? Opinions on them?

    Currently I'm doing:

    Monday: Abs/Cardio
    Tuesday: Back/Bi & Cardio
    Wednesday: Legs & Cardio
    Thursday: Chest/Tri & Cardio
    Friday, Saturday: Cardio Only
    Sunday: Delts & Cardio.

    I need to switch it up. I've been doing this for quite a while with different set/rep combos to mix it around, but I'm personally bored with this..

    monday- lower push
    tue- upper push
    thu- upper pull
    fri- lower pull

    thats mine. monday is squats, tue bench, fri deadlifts...thursday is stuff like a couple sets of curls and mostly rows

    Ive done a split similar to the one ur doing now and full body. When I was doin full body i couldnt train as often bc it fuckin hurt to do ANYTHING for 3 days straight on average so i trained 3day/wk then. Gains weren't that much more impressive vs my split so i went back to it that way i could at least partially function.
