  1. Has anyone found a safe setup? Like off deuce bigalow male gigalo.

i also like hanging leg raise. also hanging leg raise twisting my torso from side to side working the obliques.

mainly for punching power I want to work my obliques. I heard 80% of punching power is from obliques, hip drive, etc.

  3. any cheaper ways? you'd have to be strong enough to hold a hand stand wouldnt you.

I can do about 4-5 full ROM hanging leg raises , how much harder are the upside down ones?

lol no dude...you hang from bar and just swing your feet up....not hard at all.

I only did it once because my back was hurting and my friends dad recommended it....worked like a charm, 5 minutes or so and my back was perfect:eek3:

  6. How hard are they to do? like to get to 90 degrees?

I tried to do it using these except i stuck my legs in insted of myarms. I hung it from a power rack and had a chair and barbell in the rack to slowly lower myself down. but i didnt have the guts to do it. i was worried id break my neck.

I have an upside down hang thing, exactly like that in the picture that I'm looking of getting rid of if you're interested . . .
