Anyone do Turkish Get-Ups?

    I do them from time to time. They smoke me so fast. Can't testify as to if my shoulders are more stable or not. Do you have a specific sport of function in mind, or just the question in general? Are you using dumbbells or kettlebells? Kettlebells make the exercise so much more comfortable and stable than dumbbells.

    my right shoulder is injured, some type of rotator part i'm guessing. i tried these tonight after watching the video. i held dumb bell on right arm to get up first and it felt good, but when i did left arm, it was hard for my right shoulder to push my body off ground to get up. so... no good for me.

    i tried them for a workout once. took me a while to get it down smoothly. it's deceivingly difficult haha. (i used KB)
