nope, and I never decline bench - ever! Maybe I've done it like 5-6 times. I've read that weighted dips > decline bench because it's basically the same motion except you can increase your ROM on weighted dips.
close grip incline is evil
I've only done reverse-grip decline.
yeah dude i've done it once and it was hard as hell. i think i was repping 95
decline puts more emphasis on the triceps
I do incline close grip once in a while to hit the middle-upper chest.
CG decline would be the best tricep exercise IMO.
is there any benefit/point to doing very wide grip flat bench? or any other bench
if you want to destroy your shoulders for some reason
yea i thought i read somewhere that it was bad
