    i can almost do a kip up/muscle up on the rings, and can now do 2 on a regular pullup bar

    shits an incredibly fun workout, would be sick to be able to get some fun moves on it, i love isometric strength

    I bought a set of rings a few years ago that I use in my garage. I love them for dips and reverse rows. Have tried them for pullups as well. Can't do muscle ups because they're attached to my power rack.

    I think they were a good investment - I didn't have a dip station, so this was my only option.
