SRS anyone addicted to SUGAR???

    having some major sweet tooth.....

    how can i cut sugar out completely? its just as bad as the drugs :-(

    Maybe you could switch yourself onto splenda or some other sugar substitute, or products made with it. I would imagine it would be healthier than actual sugar.

    Just stop eating it one day and the cravigns dwindle from there.

    Good for you, devil. I gotta admit, the evil white stuff sucks me in too. And it does nothing good for me. It makes me break out, sleep all the time (and subsequently get nothing accomplished), ect. I might join you here. Maybe. (Yes, I have an issue with commitment. :p )

    I eventually cut soda out, don't drink diet sodas because A: they taste like shit, B: not really that much more healthy for you, and C: it leads to drinking regular soda again...

    however, i still have caffiene... keep it in my diet because its good for working out (as long as its over a period of time, not 100% caffiene at the same time) ...

    its a bitch sometimes, but it keeps me from having severe caffiene headaches, and its more energy for the gym :wiggle:

    I had to stop drinking soda because I would drink a 2 liter bottle a day, every day. I know how unhealthy it is, I just have a little problem with moderation :eek3:
