ive never tried them
I've done them before, but with no regularity.
I do but I have fat calves so it's a lil weird.
scrapes the hell out of my calves and feels weird. SquatRX guy said they aren't for everybody.
Been seeing a couple competitive bodybuilders at one of the gyms doing them on a smith machine.
just too fucking weird and unnatural
yeah occasionally. just like a deadlift only bar behind the legs, certainly feels different. i mix it in with deads
