To make a long story short, I have to wear custom orthodics because of my extreme flat feet. I also have had other issues related to my feet/knees.

Bottom line is, I often play competative sports and most of the time it is through intense pain. I receive extreme shin splintz and my knees/lower back suffer as well. I was curious if anyone knows of any homeopathic substance or method of relieving some of the pain, i.e.: acupuncture, etc.

Taking a couple aspirins before being active only slightly helps.

    Thanks in advance.

Homeopathic "medicine" is stupid bullshit and you should go to a real doctor.

flat feet cant be assisted. i'v known alot of my family members with it and they often tell me that there is nothing to remedy the condition. You just have to live it till you die. It's like being blind.

It is pretty gruesome when i look at their feet and how the entire sole touches the ground :noes:

It's not pleasant what-so-ever... and I've lived with it and played competative sports for so long but it's always been painful. It takes away from the fun of the game and I wanna rectify it.

I have some expensive Asics (110+USD) designed specifically for flat feet. They don't have any arch in them at all. They're alright, but I've slowly been walking on an incline and my shin splints went away. So I guess they did help.

Yeah I am about to grab some Lotto's... high end and they apparantly have excellent support... going to try them out this week. I also picked up some medical heel cups that you place in your shoe to help reduce the shock on your feet/shins/knees.
