I'm thinking of heading this route. It's more in the line of what I'd like to do.

I was thinking of starting with the CSVPN exam and then going from there, probably going for the two exams that would certify me as a Firewall Specialist, and then finish off the other two that are required to be labeled a CISP.

Of course, passing any of these exams would recertify me as a CCNA so that's always a plus, even though I still have 2+ years left on that.

So anyone taken any of these exams, or have any of these qualifications that can shed some light on them for me?

Look into the SANS GSEC first.

Is that something I'd be able to study for and learn myself with minimal experience?

I'm trying to do some research on it. :o
