so the 10.6.3 update came out earlier today, anybody got it yet ??

I did, and it gave me all sorts of problems, applications crashed and wouldnt open, machine ran slower and lagged for no reason

did some research and found out other people were experiencing some problems as well

I had to rollback to 10.6.2 using time machine

anybody else here had any problems ?

updated through software update. no issues here

it won't be part of the combo update. when i updated yesterday, i just updated both at the same time to go right to 9.1. if you don't want to update itunes, then dont check it during software update

Apple rarely fixes any issues created by their updates. Suppose you mean you're waiting for the other application makers to resolve any issues the OS update creates?

So.. If i wanted to roll back to before the Airport Utility Update... how hard would that be...

I am backed up for the past month or so, and this was yesterday... But all i want to roll back is that particular update.

i think i skipped an upgrade because it was over 700MB download for me

takes forever to reboot my macbook now. ever since leopard/snow leopard came out, bootup is 3x slower

i remember counting my macbook bootup fully under 20 seconds with tiger

but...i never reboot, so no harm

lol, we'll see how much longer the "never reboot" theory works - i have to reboot atleast once a week. maybe not "have" to but want to.

I rarely reboot my MBP. Couple times a month I guess but it's only when I'm doing testing or have to for an update. My Mac mini only gets rebooted when there's a system update that requires it.
