Interns at the gym (actual grad students) tell me they take vegitables/greens in powder or pill form. They say it's pretty legit stuff and gives you a couple servings of vegetables a day in like 10 seconds. Apparently the freeze drying still maintains most of the value and it tastes all right. Any of you guys take them? Seems like it would be a good idea. My friend also takes them, and the fact that he is actually alive given his diet, drinking, and sleeping habits, tells me it must really be doing something. If you do what brand do you like?
