Chipko is he rejab/injury specialist now for the NY Giants and did strongman, was an NPC bb'er, etc.

I've got those same strech marks
for a FIRST bulk, that pretty good. a lot of people probably put on a ton of fat in theirs cause they just didn't have the knowledge/discipline that they develop over time.
I think any 's, none of which from me, stem from the fact thats only 0.9lbs/week, which is lower than than the 2-3lbs/week I see thrown around here sometimes

interesting... I had a season ending knee injury two years ago and squatting has only helped to strengthen my knees.
shoulda seen that coming.. it does make a good copy and paste.. im considering trolling the main forum with it
tore my mcl and meniscus and when i get down to near parallel i feel a burning and overall weakness where i was injured and i cant afford another tear
