Alright so I'm painting my MX helmet, but the damn paint will not stick to the visor. It's plastic while the rest of the helmet is a CF/fiberglass comp. I think it's because the visor flexes really easy, which makes tiny cracks, and then the paint chips and peels off. Anybody have any experience with somethin like this and know how to possibly fix it? Somebody told me bondo it and then sand it down, but I dunno about that.

I would imagine that the visor is created from a substance that is specifically designed (or at least coated) so nothing sticks to it. I'd say the sandpaper option is your only hope. That or spraying glue onto the area you want to paint.
