anybody on here workout just to maintain or is everyone working

    towards getting stronger or leaner or bigger?

    anybody happy with their size, strength, etc and just maintaining what they have?

    if so, what kind of workout/split are you doing?

    i know a guy that was doing the same 3 day a week split for probably 20 years and he kept his size really well.

    3 days a week, he'd do full body. that's it.

    I don't know how you have time to make 11ty threads but complain about not having enough time to work out.

    3 days a week full body splits are great routines. I'm transitioning back into one from Purs for awhile.

    im working out to get stronger, feel better and look better
    4 days a week, bodybuilding split with strength mixed in

    If you spent half as much time putting in effort in the gym as you did analyzing stupid fucking shit online you'd have great results.

    Lift, eat, sleep, repeat. If you aren't gaining weight, eat more. If you aren't losing weight, eat less and do cardio. Jesus christ.

    pretty complacent with myself right now, look better than 90% of the guys at the pool.

    of course there are a number of things I'm working on though

    yea, sorry. i'm not looking for ideas or anything like that, this (and alot of my recent posts/threads) have been more like... curiosity questions.

    "hmm i wonder..." then i post.

    i'm FAR from at a level where i can maintain. why would i want to maintain skinny fat weakness? :mamoru:
