That's one of the reasons I'm getting into better shape... I have genetic high blood pressure, and it was kinda borderline, so I decided to lose some weight and work out a bit. Down to 140-145 from 160 and in much better shape, and that's helped. Anybody else on here have blood pressure issues? How does it affect your working out? Are there any "metabolism enhancers" that don't have the bp side effects?
