think, also, that if you buy an AK with wood furniture and switch, you have to pay for the polymer furniture, and it's a VERY, VERY good idea to send the rifle to someone to swap the furniture out. should run you like $10 for the actual job, plus shipping, but it's worth every penny. otherwise, you have to put a lot of effort into getting the drilling and crap just perfect. a LOT of effort.

i'll find the link to the SEAKII. my friend just placed an order for one. i'll let you guys know in a while how it is, because i'll shoot it when he gets it. he's also sending some (three, i think) AK's off to be refinished by ohio rapid fire, the company doing the SEAKII.

Pretty much everything on the SEAKII is in my and foot's links. It's a kit rifle built by Ohio Rapid Fire from Bulgarian parts on a US made receiver, so it's completely legal under federal law. (Whether your state bans it is another issue you'd want to check.) The first edition of the SEAK went over really well, and this one seems like it'll be better. If can't get a Vepr ($$$), i'll get the SEAKII. :x:
