Broly at gym said it helps shape lower pec, was looking for ot's opinion
yeah, my underboobs are huge
doesnt really shape lower pecs, but its a decent variation to keep your routine fresh.
flat and incline > decline for chest work
I don't do decline at all
i do decline when i want to feel like a powerlifter and push weight off my belly
I do decline maybe every 3rd or 4th chest day just to mix it up.
If you want something else to do, do some kind of cable flies and keep changing the angles.
decline bench > *
i throw it into the mix once every few weeks. try decline db's too.
I do no decline and don't really care to
Decline DB supposedly targets the pecs more than flat or incline. I mainly do decline BB close-grip which hits the tri's really good.
I do decline db flys
I'll mix it in, but it's not a must do exercise
havent since like the first 3 months i lifted.
never done it.
i just do flat and incline... alternating BB and DB
Lately I start my chest days out with it.
i like dips better. similar range of motion.
I do weighted dips instead of decline bb.
Heard dips were like doing extreme decline bb bench.
yep, i do declines
it burns my front delts... maybe im not doing em right.
weighted dips only or hammers
I use the hammer strength machine for decline typically. Every once in a while I'll do dumbbell decline.
They are important enough that I make sure I do them about once every 3 years.
