    Thinkin bout gettin a pair or at least one. I've never used them but they look scary.

    Is the lifting of a kettlebell different than a regular dumbbell??

    nah, i just remember that when i first saw you post you had like 80 posts in a year, then a sudden explosion lately

    They're cool, but not worth the money IMO.

    Yes, they are a lot different from a dumbell.

    A buddy I roll BJJ with has a big set at his house. It definately takes some getting used to, and I haven't used them enough to really enjoy them.

    In my oppinion they are overhyped and I feel like certain excersises with them would cause possible rotator cuff injuries...
