I just got a LG VX8000, and it has this new fangled ev-do crap network thing and so far its been nothing but trouble with connecting.

whenever it ses "EV" on the top of the screen, i cant connect to get it now or the web browser or anything. when its not there, it connects fine. i have had a phone with get it now on it for like 2 years and i have used it in my house all the time, so its not a location thing. does anybody know what the hell is going on?

i mean ive been able to get on get it now and otehr junk but its only intermitently.

There is an EVDO feature code required on your account that may be missing. Call customer care and have them trouble shoot the problem. Did you subscribe to vcast?

nvm, its all set. my phone was activated as a digital phone, instead of evdo. so thats why the phone worked when evdo was off.
