I'm looking for a routine to "clean out" my body. I eat lots of junk food, drink alcohol, and am generally not a healthy guy. I'm not going to change my diet permanently (at least, not right now), but I'd be willing to do some short-term regimen to try to reverse at least some of the damage I've done to my health by ruining it with crap. Anybody ever try any of these systems? Any experiences/recommendations?
