I'm giving it a shot. We'll see how much of a rip this is ...

Being someone who has a grip of stupid side effects from meds, I guess this is just something I ought to explore.

Anyone else have any thoughts/feelings/experiences on the topic?

I have never undergone this neurofeedback in a clinical setting. I do naturally perform neurofeedback on myself on a regular basis. But I am a fairly high strung sensitive person, and luckily my sanity is not so out of whack that I have to be given any sort of medications. So I suppose, if you are unable to stimulate your brain yourself, or the medication screws it up somehow, maybe this is the way to go.

i noticed in the page, they mentioned that it could help with bed wetting in children. If only this was around when i was a child :o

I had to naturally outgrow my bed wetting. I think being forced to wear hidious plastic pants helped me out grow it a little quicker :eek3:

It's been shown to work pretty well for certain cases.

Why are you looking into it?

Narcolepsy/Cataplexy/Migraine. Need another tool to get out of the rut I've landed in. The energy just isn't there & the drugs cancel themselves out with counteractive side effects.

My first appointment hooked up to the EEG is on Monday, then again on Wednesday.

Fingers crossed I can focus & carry on. :)
