Any workouts to improve chest? v.sans bench

    What are some workouts I can do without a benchpress/other machines to improve my chest other than pushups? I have DBs and BBs at home.

    Next question: Any tips to make temporary bench so I can do flys and pullovers?

    You can also try pushups with a plate on your back.

    Just be careful if you use a fly machine. You wouldn't want to destroy your shoulders or pull something.

    If you have a screwed up shoulder I wouldnt recomend them though

    Keeping the arms bent takes a lot of the pressure off the shoulders and hones in on the chest better. Hug a barrel, biaaatch.

    you could do db presses, pullovers, and flies on an exercise ball
