I'm sitting at a desk right now and will be for 40hrs/week for the next 6 months. I have no problem going to the gym. Stop watching TV/posting on OT at night and get some more sleep.

    .

knowing that I'm gonna get into the gym makes sitting on my ass all day worth it. Pop some ephedrine and a diet Mt. Dew and you'll be good to go.

I work a desk job and I'm itching to work out by the end of the day. Sitting all day is awful!

I work 9 hrs a day sitting on my can, but I think of it this way. How can I be physically tired when I've been sitting down all day?

I work 8-5 doing accounting (exciting stuff) and I get up at 3:30am to eat breakfast and workout before work. Been doing that the last 7 months and I feel great...4 of those weeks I was on a EC stack and that was even better.

I have a desk job, usually working at least 9 hours a day, sometimes 10 or 11. I always find time to go to the gym. I've learned to ignore the "I don't want to go to the gym" feeling

I sit in my office all damn and barely move. I have to work out in the morning or I am spent after all that and more than two hours on the road. Now that I go before work I feel that my day is shit if I don't work out. It wakes me up and focuses me.

I'm an Engineer. I sit at a desk from 8-12 hours per day. Usual working 9 hour days. No problems going to the gym, get your mind strong and get after it.

I wake up every morning at 5:30am. Run two-three miles, abs, shower.

Head to work, work 8am-5pm in a cubicle, drive home, dinner, gym 7-8 (muscle groups, calves 2x week, swim/sauna), sleep around 11

    Stop being a pussy.

I just changed my schedule to 8-4, so I am now able to get in and out of the gym by the time i was previously getting off work. No excuses now not to go :bigthumb:

Thanks for posting all. I'm thinking about what one of you said, about taking some ephredrine? I need something to get me jazzed up by the end of the work day.

    I thought ephedrine was illegal?

You need nothing other than to stop being a sally-whomper about it and get your ass to the gym. WORK, DAMMIT!

Go read Sebastian Burns "Hard Work" before you leave. I'd be fucking pissed if I couldn't go to the gym and SFW just because I was a little tired from poor CPops' hard day at work. Wahhh.

With that hippie ass hair you got, even without a shirt you probably got a white collar...
