or am i stuck with these skinny ass things (6.7") forever?
jerk off more
The actual size of the bone isn't going to increase; all you can do is build up the muscle around it. Small joints are actually considered a good thing in bodybuilding at least.
no, you can increase the size of your forearm, but the wrist is just where the tendons run from the muscles in your forearm through to your hand, its genetic, cant do anything about it
Work on forearm exercises.. wrist curls, etc.
Wrist size wont change unless you plan on getting seriously fat. Side note, smaller wrists = better, emphasizes the size of your forearm/arm muscles. For instance, Arnold had very small wrists.
my wrists are fucking TINY
I used to have tiny wrists until I started doing reverse band sumo stone loads to a 60 inch platform and reverse band box squats to a 32 inch box off pins
I have 21 inch wrists, man.
your wrist isn't gonna get bigger by working forearms. the only way to get them bigger is by becoming a fat ass.
don't worry though, when you work your forearms your small wrists will just make your forearms look proportionally larger.
Sumo wrist curls
look how good these wrists are man, i get off looking at them man. 9" of pure bone and skin and tendons man, yeah
I think I have like 4" wrists...always has bothered me
