I'm going to me in Monterey, CA in August and want to be able to remote in to my Mac Pro from home with my macbook.

Any reliable and safe solutions for doing this? :)

I did a quick search and found this. http://www.publicvpn.com/support/MacOSX105pptp.php
    Thoughts?

EDIT: Fuck I gotta pay for that shit?

I'm not up on this anymore, now that screen sharing is available through iChat, but I used to have OSXvNC running and would connect with Chicken of the VNC. It was a little difficult, for me, to setup, but it worked most of the time.

Enable SSH and Remote Desktop Viewing and tunnel in. Most secure way possible.
