any tips on keeping my head in the game?

    I took 4 days off from lifting, and it kinda fucked with me mentally. I lost my "pump" and once again feel scrawny and pathetic. I lifted like a warrior today like a warrior, but I still feel like shit and pathetic.

    Any tips on keeping my head up, and thinking that I can get to my target of another 20lb by summer?

    I'm trying to set realistic goals. I'd like to be able to hit 20lb, cut, then add a bit more.

    you could add 20lbs alot sooner then the summer if you ate and lifted properly

    i was losing my confidence and drive the last couple days

    then i thought about my brothers, they each a year older than me and maybe a little bigger. and i thought how cool it would be to be jacked by the time i go home for thanksgiving

    so today i pushed myself fucking hard

    then i thought about how the bigger i get the more pussy i get so that added even more drive

    go to 24 around 5:00 pm. look at all the hot girls there...

    that's motivation enough for me. the day that i look good enough to where they gawk at me instead of me gawking at them is the day i'll be happy.

    Dude, it seems like you don't have much of a drive. Every thread you make in here has you asking everyone in here for tips on how to motivate you to do something.

    Hit the gym.
    Eat a lot.
    Grab that mp3 player and lift hard.

    It's not fucking rocket science.

    I always go during the day, and its a total sausage fest.


    However, I "crushed" today, so I feel much better.
